We have designed a packaging line for hemp insulation panels for a new manufacturing plant. The line consists of a RoRo StretchPack® model Large S1 R, complete with an infeed conveyor. Due to the plant layout, the infeed conveyor is designed with a pop-up cross-transfer function. The new line is equipped with a back-sealing unit for Semiflow packaging, which increased the packaging capacity.
The performance of your packaging machines requires that the packaging film meets the required standard. Therefore, we have developed a Test Kit that allows you to assess the quality of stretch hood film at your production site.
The new Tentoma Stretch Hood Film Tool FT1.0 provides an indicative evaluation of the suitability of industrial film for stretch hood packaging. Using the tool, you can obtain an overall assessment of whether the stretch hood film is suitable for use in packaging applications.
The correct coefficient of friction (COF) on the film is essential for optimal packaging machine performance. The COF Indicator is a simple slide test tool designed to quickly provide an on-site estimate of the film's COF.
